Are the shoes in the original box?
All shoes come in the original box with the retro card.
What sizes do you have?
shoes size ranges 7-12,and bigger sizes available on your requests. Most shoes are in European or US sizes.if you
are not sure,please check the size conversion chart.
Do you do retail or wholesale?
We sell single pair of shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale,we offer 5-15%
discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have
minimum of 100 pairs.
How do I place orders?
1.Select your preferred items from our on-line catalogue and let us know the item numbers and the size and
quantity you need.
2.We send you confirmation Email after get your order information.
3.Send the payment to us.
4.we confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail.
5.Give us feedback after you get the shoes.
Should I pay customs tax for my order?
In some instances, there will be a customs charge applied to your package, buyers are responsible for all customs
charge(duty and tax)applied to the package.
Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Yes,we accept samples orders. Order procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional
shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs.Besides the unit price,wehave to charge $20 more each pairs for
shipping fee.
How long can I receive my shoes?
We will send the shoes within 1 or 2 days after receiving your payment,it will take about five working days for the
shoes reach you after our sending it.There is no shipping on Saturday or Monday.
How the shoes were delivered?
Usually shoes were sent via EMS,TNT,DHL,UPS.
How can I know my order status?
Once we send the shoes,we will send you tracking number,with which you can check the order status online,we
are also keeping an eye on your shoes untill it reach you.
